With our Commercial Carpet Cleaning we follow the same guidelines as general carpet cleaning and when necessary, we’ll adjust the cleaning agents to be more aggressive. For other situations we’ll offer a totally Green approach for sensitive, allergy or environmental concerns.
Quick Dry offers Encapsulation Cleaning. This unique process works by first emulsifying the soils to loosen them, making them ready to be surrounded by the cleaning agent, allowing it to encapsulate and then dry to a hard crystal with the soil trapped within. After it has dried the process is completed by a follow up vacuuming of the areas cleaned. The benefits are extremely fast dry times of 1 to 2 hours and the carpet are ready for use. If security is a concern, building can be locked and secure while the cleaning take places because there are no hose or connections to the cleaning van outside.
Areas that are hard to reach, example a high rise building or a very distant area (over 600 ft from the van) can be cleaned with this very effective method.
